31/7/19 ***I am taking it easy tonight

I think we had done quite a bit of work since this morning.  So I'm gonna chill until 11:00 pm tonight.

I had a good dinner (fish and omelette).  Plus no more inflammation.

So definitely I sleep on the dot and get my life in order again.

I had achieved much this month with Road to Simplicity 2019.  I think I just make it PUBLIC and forget about it.  There are some pretty good work done there.

Actually it doesn't matter.  My Top of the Mind Share can still assess it.  So let's decide once and for all.  We make it PRIVATE.

I want to steer away from TraXX matters.  I don't want to outlive my usefulness.  Besides, I am done.  With what I shared with them I think they can proceed on their own.

You know, one thing about communicating like this is I am forced to be on my feet all the time.

I managed to get another 2 hours of sleep.

As you can see doing remote support like this require a lot of energy to be focused.  I definitely cannot smoke dope.

Maybe there is nothing wrong with dope but it doesn't agree with people like me.  I'm sure it doesn't agree with many high performers like the F1 drivers.

There are people that can perform at their best on dope.  My friend Muru thrive on dope.  Without dope he cannot function.  He smokes around 6 blunts a day.  BJ is another person who excel on dope.  He took the amount of half a joint twice a day.

Ameezan is totally immune to dope.  No matter how much he smoked, he won't get high.  To much he gets sleepy.

Rohaizad, my other brother was totally motivated by dope.  He will do all his daily chores diligently so that the faster he finishes his work the sooner he can relax the whole day with dope.

These are example of people that I know that are not effected by dope.

When I was in college I took dope while sitting for my Statistics and Political Science exams.  Both I got B.

 I was a smoker since I was 17.   When I smoked dope then, like anybody else I felt happy.  It was after 1998 that I became full of rage whenever I smoked.  Whenever I smoked dope during that time (no matter how little) I turn into the Hulk.  It is no longer a recreational drug, it became a psychotic one.

Not until 2018 that I can smoke again and not become deranged.  During this time I was back to my old self talk cock sing song.

Dope has altered my perception much.  I became delusional and paranoid when I smoked dope during the period of 1999 to 2017.

My thing now is listening to music and 3-in-1 coffee.



After 3 months being cannabis free, I no longer crave for it.  However if I am to visit BJ, I will smoke a joint because that is customary for us to do so for the past 35 years.

So I make a point not to see him.
