#traxxfm CC2U: The key here is Talent Management. I am very keen to address the most vital part which is reward and recognition. These people are under appreciated. Pity them, they are just an X to fill a vacant slot. Much like a factory worker.
#traxxfm CC2U: Rightfully they should have their own Personal Branding. Let them develop the identity of the segment so that people associate the segment with the personality. Let that sinks in the mind of the listeners. It's called brand association.

#traxxfm CC2U: I can only prescribe. It is up to the management team to take that into action. What the management did was they do job rotation but not job enrichment. The key here is Personal Autonomy, These are talents, not assembly line workers.

Kinda sad, they got fucked from the top and they got fucked from the bottom. Hence they dare not empower because they fear that they will be side stepped.
#traxxfm Many paragraphs later... Rather than micromanage they should empower; especially when dealing with Knowledge Workers. Their job then is no longer about managing but facilitating. Much like the comparison between teachers and coaches.
#traxxfm These people are highly skilled but they are like smart parents who don't allow their kids to explore. They are too possessive of their direct reports, What they should do is provide a space for impedance between them and their subordinates.
Of course this case study is for the benefit of Legion X. They have issues with their middle management as well. Especially when stellar workers got promoted to management team. They were once good hunting dogs. Now they just sit around and bark LMAO.
