In my experience as an Organizational Development Consultant, the Change Agents had to fight some people in the management team who wanted to maintain status quo.
It is the same thing with TraXX. The Lady Boss is pretty strict and no nonsense. However as I said, the dummies never learn and the smarties always find a way.
I am not worried at all.
I think this Lady Boss feels threatened by these young talents. She likes breathing on their neck. It is like Vader 7:7. He wants to believe but he has too much pride to let go of status quo.
Like I said, an old lion doesn't stand a chance against a pack of hyenas.

What a life Sarah. I can see all from my 12 meters square. Not only that... I have my Special Force working behind enemy line. This is more fun than playing computer games.
