Doing the same thing but expecting different result is insanity.

The following are my 55th birthday resolutions:

1. I will no more smoke cigarettes and cannabis
2. I will no more pay for cunts
3. I will no more visit Facebook and Chedet.cc
4. I will no longer Tweet TraXX
5. I will cut of Sarah and Els from my life entirely
6. I will only spend RM100 a month
7. I will save RM200 a month
8. I will no longer eat sugar
9. I will practice 16/8 by skipping breakfast everyday
10. I will exercise 1 hour a day everyday
11. I will never drink 3-in-1 coffee ever again
12. I will never eat bread
13. I will never eat peanut butter
14. I will do house chores everyday
15. I will stop taking Nicorette
16. I will lose 30 kg by December 2019
17. I will not eat rice at home
18. I will not sleep later than 2:00 am
19. I will read everyday
20. I wash my own car

It has to be different from now on.  I have 22 years to enjoy my retirement.

I don't want to end up like Jad, Norlia, Zizi, Jamili, Rosli, Muru, Salleh and Yazid.

I want to be an Athlete4Life.  The only things that get between me and my dream is weight and inflammation.

Actually my goal is very simple.  All I need is to take action.

Jack LaLanne lived to be 96 years old.  Here I am already struggling with gout.  I can do better than that.

This is where I am heading:

I had achieved much by being an Agnostic Atheist.  I am no longer bound by religion.

Now I need to be Masuta Shukonin Kurina.  I can do it on my own.  A Warrior Walks Alone.  I am already on my way.

1. I finally defeated my 3 major addictions which I had been struggling for the past 39 years to defeat.  That is a major achievement.  I am a success.
2. I have no debts to worry.
3. I overcame Bipolar Affected Disorder
4. I have a brand new car
5. I finally can save
6. I don't have money problem
7. I have a wonderful family

Whatever I believe is entirely my business.  I am aiming to be a man fully functioning.  To be the God of my own universe.

I can have a closure of the 20 years dealing with madness.  Now I am finally free.

Putting all these together I can discard my imagination and take what is real, I still have a spectacular life.
