6/8/19 ^^^I need to commit to my goals.

I'll make this short.

I need to sleep early in order to wake up early.

The key is sleeping early.  So I sleep at 12:30 am.

Tomorrow I wake up at 6:00 am

Then I do the W8D1.

I will apply the 5 seconds rule to decision-making.
